The Cottages Purchase Nears Completion The next phase in the refurbishment of Derby Barracks will begin shortly following the purchase of The Cottages, which is due for completion on 21 June 2011. Final plans are being drawn and it is now starting to look like a building site - again! So hopefully by this time next year, we will have our café, some extra retail & office space and the new 'move-on' accommodation. |
